BOOKING CONDITIONS
- The wedding arrangements (the paperwork/all document needed) will be processed when the definite wedding booking is confirmed.
- The Down Payment of amount 50% from the total price is required for processing the document.
- The balance Payment must be settled 30 (thirty) days prior to the wedding day.
- In the case the wedding booking is less than 30 days prior to the wedding day you are suggested to send us the details or documents before booking. However the duration of document processing in certain nations is different.
Full payment is required immediately after the definite booking confirmed and an additional charge of USD50 will be applied.
- An additional charge of USD50 is required if the wedding held on weekend, Sunday or other holidays such as regional holiday or public holiday.
- Down Payment is non-refundable for any cancellation occurs within 30 (thirty) days prior to wedding day.
- Full payment is non-refundable for any cancellation within 7 (seven) days prior to wedding day or any no-show.
- All rates are quoted in US dollars.
- Payment can be settled by telegraphic transfer or credit card.
- Payment by telegraphic transfer ( TT ) is required in full charge amount to be received in our Bank Account.
- Payment by credit card following local regulations that require all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah converted at the rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US dollars on the day of the debit. Any subsequent refunds will be based on the amount and currency actually received by East Bali Weddings .
