Ceremony Only
Civil wedding ceremony in Indonesia is performed after religious wedding ceremony. We will assist you to arrange the legal civil ceremony only after you have already had your religious wedding ceremony in your country or at any other place.
Civil wedding procession is lead by Indonesian Government Civil Minister. Civil wedding in Bali is the legal wedding procession.The only things you may complete are the certificate of marriage from the ministry of religion, copy passport and the letter of No Impediments from your consulate in Bali. Your legal certificate of marriages will be accepted by your government.
Documents required for Civil Ceremony Only:
- Copy of passport (both partners).
- Copy of birth certificate (both partners).
- Copy of decree absolute if you have been married before.
- Copy of passports of two witnesses (we can be your witnesses).
- Copy certificate of marriage from minister of religion.
- Widow or Widower must present a copy of death certificate of the former spouse.
- Fill in the booking form, wedding arrangement form and civil form.
- 8 photograph size 4 x 6 ( the groom on the right-hand side).
- Letter of No Impediment to marriage which is legalized by representative embassy or consulate in Bali/ Indonesia, certifying that there is no objection to the couple getting married in Indonesia.
All the documents should be forwarded to us before the wedding via post, email or fax.
